The richness of our teaching team's background  provides a unique opportunity for multi-disciplinary learning.  From in-depth biomechanics to sound healing to breathwork to chanting and beyond, you will gravitate toward the teachings that most inspire you, and use what you learn to develop your own teaching focus and style.

Ariel Addy, PT, DPT, e-RYT 500

Dr. Ariel Addy, PT, DPT, E-RYT 200, PCES, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and yoga instructor, based in Columbia MD, and specializing in the treatment of orthopedic rehab for fitness athletes and older adults, adolescent athletes returning to sports, pelvic floor rehabilitation, postpartum rehabilitation, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome/hypermobility concerns. Outside of owning her own mobile PT practice, she corresponds on several 200hr and 300hr yoga teacher trainings throughout the East Coast on their anatomy & biomechanics curriculum and teaches weekly therapeutic yoga classes at local studios. Her lifelong path as a teacher and student is to discover and share the balance between science and yoga. Through experiential workshops, weekly yoga classes, and one-on-one sessions, she fuses holistic driven principles with practical applications to daily life to ensure her clients and students experience a therapeutic healing in their bodies and minds.

Sraddha Dorsett, MDiv, e-RYT 500, 

Level 2 Reiki

Sraddha Dorsett, MDiv, RYT-500, has her master’s degree from Harvard Divinity School in Yoga Philosophy and Contemplative Science. In partnership with Harvard Medical School, she explored the intersection of spirituality and healing through Meditation and Yoga. The heart of her teaching focus is Bhakti Yoga, spiritual awakening through Yoga as a devotional practice of the Heart..

Sraddha received her advanced yoga training through Kripalu’s Integrative Yoga Therapy program. She specializes in one-on-one work with individuals dedicated to long term transformation, personalizing healing plans for individuals in the traditions of Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Therapy. Her scope of practice includes the physical, psycho-emotional, and spiritual dimensions of healing, suited to the needs of each student.

Savitha Enner, e-RYT 500

Savitha Enner grew up in India and studied yoga and yogic life style through her ancestors and teachers from a young age. She has integrated these teachings with over 700 hours of teacher training she has taken in the US to help her students adopt the ancient teachings into modern day practices. She believes that yoga is a practice of self realization and can be cultivated through consistent and dedicated practice. She teaches Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Vedic Chanting and vegetarian cooking classes to immerse Yoga as a foundation for a holistic and purposeful life.

Heather Jefferson, e-RYT 500, Level 5 Breathwork Facilitator, Level 2 Reiki

Heather has been teaching yoga for 10 years and recently became a level 5 breathwork facilitator. Her favorite classes to teach are heated power yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and breathe + release. Whether she is teaching a sweaty flow class or guiding people deep into their hearts in meditation, her mission is to help her students know and love themselves and feel free to be their most authentic selves. She created a 200-hour heart-centered vinyasa RYT and is passionate about teaching new and experienced teachers.

Andie Montier, e-RYT 500

Andie is a 500+hour certified yoga teacher and barre instructor from Ellicott City. Her alignment and breath focused classes provide her students with a strong foundation to promote longevity in the yoga practice, while her creative sequencing offers a playful approach to mindful movement. As a mother of two, she is passionate about working with prenatal and postpartum students as they navigate pregnancy, birth and parenthood. She believes the teachings of yoga are essential to finding joy and peace while raising children. Her educational background in pediatric occupational therapy informs her fun and imaginative kids yoga classes.

Nikki Watson, e-RYT 500

Nikki is a teacher that is known for her skill in offering classes that are accessible and engaging for newer and more experienced students. She teaches a vinyasa-style practice that features clarity of instruction and a thoughtful sequencing structure; grounded in the work of creating presence through mental focus and breath awareness.
 
Her nurturing demeanor and ability to teach with compassion allow her students to feel empowered as they learn and discover the practice of yoga. Nikki has over 14 years of teaching experience, has completed more than 700 hours of yoga teacher training, and also holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology.
